How do we process personal data?
We store and use your personal data only to process your orders and to contact you. Your e‑mail address is used to send you newsletters. We will automatically send status messages from the address constantinus.io. We also store and process data provided by prospective employees during the hiring process.
Which categories of data do we collect?
Whenever you visit our website, your IP address and other information are stored in an anonymised form. If you create an account with CONSTANTINUS, your contact details will be saved. If you order products or services from us, your address will also be stored.
Server Log Files
Whenever you visit our sites, we automatically record certain data. This includes your IP address, the browser type and version you use, and the time, date, and page from which you were referred to our site. Your IP address is stored in an anonymised form so that your identity cannot be recognised. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)‑e of the GDPR.
Careers Portal
If you send us application documents such as your CV, reference letters and cover letter, we store and process these data. Application documents that do not result in a hire are deleted after six months. If you wish to keep your application on file for future opportunities and give your consent for a longer retention period, the documents will be deleted after 24 months. For applications that lead to a hire, the documents are forwarded to our HR department. The legal basis for processing personal data in the application process is Art. 6(1)‑b of the GDPR.
Who do we share your data with?
External service providers may access your data as they assist us in delivering our services. In some cases, third parties such as state authorities, external consultants or business partners may receive your data.
Debt Collection Service
If you, as a customer, fail to pay your invoice on time, the necessary data will be shared with an external debt‑collection service.
Online Presence on Social Networks
We maintain an online presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with our customers, prospects and users and to inform them about our services. We use, among others, Facebook, Twitter, Viber and Telegram. When you visit these platforms you agree as a user to the terms, conditions and data‑processing instructions of the respective operator.
Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process users’ data when they contact us on these social networks and platforms, e.g. by posting on our pages or sending us messages.
CONSTANTINUS processes users’ data only when it is in the legitimate interest of our customer according to Art. 6(1)‑b of the GDPR. As a company we have the legal right to acquire general customer information for use in customer accounts. We also use customer data for communication purposes. If any of the listed providers requests users to give consent for their data processing, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)‑a of the GDPR.
